Our Programs
Come learn SKY Breath Meditation, a research backed technique to reduce stress, lessen anxiety, improve sleep, and experience deep rest and peace. This retreat has been organized around the world, including as a for-credit class at Stanford!
A study at Yale University in Frontiers of Psychiatry compared a SKY based program to other wellbeing programs (MBSR, EI), finding it to be the most impactful, improving outcomes across depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect, and connectedness.
